Driving or occupying the driving seat of a motor vehicle with the presence of prescribed concentration of alcohol in the person’s breath or blood.

Traffic Offences vary across offences concerning driving licensing, vehicle registration, defective vehicles, written-off vehicles, speeding and other dangerous driving.
